1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing our website (geometricdigital.com) or contracting our engineering, design, and architecture services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access and operations with Geometric Digital.
2. Scope of Services
Geometric Digital provides professional web engineering, edge deployment architecture, performance optimization, and custom software design. Specific project milestones, deliverables, and financial considerations are governed by custom client agreements and proposals, which take precedence in the event of a conflict.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Unless otherwise specified in writing in your service agreement:
- Geometric Digital retains all original rights to proprietary frameworks, software setups, pre-existing code modules, and telemetry systems.
- Upon full receipt of payment, ownership of custom front-end assets, styling configurations, and static copy developed specifically for the client transfers entirely to the client.
- Open source packages or cloud server tools utilized during execution remain subject to their respective creators' licensing structures.
4. Client Duties & Approvals
To maintain our optimal operational timeline, the client must supply required assets, graphics, API keys, and content promptly. We are not liable for engineering delays resulting from delayed client input.
5. Guarantees & Liability Boundaries
While we engineer solutions using edge delivery stacks to maximize conversion speed, security, and uptime, we make no warranties of absolute error-free runtime. Geometric Digital is not liable for third-party hosting outages, data breaches on external servers, or lost revenue arising from market fluctuations.
6. Governance
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
